The Economic Committee was later transformed into the Properly Committee after the death of the sponsors who bequeathed their properties to the ARCL.

The committee includes a staff of professionals that oversees the management of the properties and pursues the various related legal issues.

The committee also advises the Regional Executive of the ARCL when it comes to leasing agreements of these properties.
