In 2009, the Regional Executive (REB) decided to form an Archives Committee. During the following years, the committee organized all the archives of the organization gathered since the inception of the ARCL. The work was done in stages. All the documents pertaining to the REB and the chapters were gathered under different headings. The pictures were categorized by event type and by date and placed in albums. The videos were recorded on CDs. The archive was organized in specific cabinets. This work progress was also documented and handed to the REB for safekeeping.

Today, the committee continues to organize all the files and documents which are evidences of all past activities of the organization.
