For the purpose of strengthening the chapters, the organizational committee encourages membership. It pursues the activities of the chapters. It operates mainly on the eve of conventions, organizing their operations. The committee always operated in accordance to contemporary needs and according to the resolutions passed during the International Convention. The committee also prepares organizational notes to be read at the regular meetings.

This committee has planned the preparation of a booklet presenting the historic overview of the ARCL Chapters.
